Busarin started her career at Export–Import Bank of Thailand as a project analyst during 2003-2006. Her main responsibilities were to analyze and propose financial facilities for international investment projects as well as to provide solutions for early stage non–performing loans. Prior to joining Sage Capital, she worked at Thai Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. as a project coordinator, focusing on enhancing the company’s performance through workflow redesign.

Busarin graduated from Chulalongkorn University in 2003 with a B.A. degree majoring in accounting. In 2008, she received a Master Degree in International Finance with merit from University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She is currently in the process of completing the CFA program with CFA Institute.
