Amorn has been responsible for various financial advisory assignments at Sage Capital. His recent accomplishments include US$ 20 million convertible debenture issue of Property Perfect Plc. to a Hong Kong based private equity fund, and the initial public offerings of Siam2you Plc. and 124 Communications Plc. In addition, he is currently working on various transactions such as the ESOP offering of TT&T Plc., the corporate restructuring of RK Media Plc., a financial advisory assignment for a telecommunication company, and a sale of a listed company.

Prior to joining Sage Capital, Amorn worked at Bangkok Bank Plc. as an account officer, focusing on debt restructuring for medium-sized businesses.

Amorn graduated from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMIT'L) in 1998 with a B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering. In 2001, he received an M.B.A. degree in finance from National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
