At Sage Capital, Kochakorn has completed US$ 50 million international private placement through global accelerated book building of Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc., Baht US$ 20 million convertible debenture issue of Property Perfect Plc., the ESOP and initial public offering of Asia Sermkij Leasing Plc., the initial public offering of 124 Communications Plc., and the valuation of RS International Broadcasting and Sport Management Co., Ltd. She is currently responsible for various assignments including initial public offering and project financing transactions.

Prior to joining Sage Capital, she worked at Bangkok Bank as an account officer, focusing on debt restructuring for small and medium-sized businesses. During 1997-1999, she worked at Total Access Communication Public Company Limited, responsible for accounts payable.

Kochakorn graduated from Thammasart University in 1997 with a B.A. degree majoring in accounting. In 2001 she received an M.B.A. degree in finance from The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
