Jesd has extensive experience in financial restructuring, structured finance, and fund raising of both debt and equity.  His recent accomplishments included Property Perfect Plc.’s issuance of US$ 20 million convertible debenture, Sino-Thai Engineering Plc.’s US$ 50 million international private placement, the Baht 200 million acquisition of Agripure Holdings Plc., the Baht 1,200 million debt restructuring of Sri U Thong Company Limited, and several advisory assignments for TT&T Plc.  Prior to joining Sage Capital, Jesd worked at Effective Planners Limited as an executive consultant to implement Thai Petrochemical Industry Plc.'s court-sanctioned US$ 3,700 million restructuring plan.  During 1999-2001, Jesd was a founder and managing director of Advance Advisory Company Limited, where he was responsible for Baht 1,500 million financial restructuring of Thai Property Plc. (formerly Rattana Real Estate Plc.), Baht 2,000 million financial restructuring of Eastern Printing Plc., Baht 15,000 million financial restructuring of Property Perfect Plc., and the study on the BTS extension (to Taksin and Bangna).

During 1996-1998, Jesd was a vice president of investment banking of Cathay Capital Company Limited, where he was responsible for fund raising, merger and acquisition, and privatization.  Prior to that, Jesd worked in investment banking department of Multi Credit Corporation of Thailand Plc. (MCC).  During these periods, he successfully completed numerous transactions including Bank of Asia's Baht 200 million securitization of hire-purchase receivables, International Engineering Plc.'s Baht 1,200 million convertible debenture, IFCT's Baht 2,000 million debenture with warrants, and FBCB's Baht 5,000 million public offering of common shares, and feasibility studies of several infrastructure projects for Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.

Jesd graduated from Chulalongkorn University in 1989 with a B.Eng. degree in chemical engineering.  In 1992, he received an M.B.A. degree in finance from Miami University, Ohio, USA.  He has been a frequent speaker for a number of institutions including the Security Analysts Association, Asia Business Forum, and Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Economics.
