Saranya Krasaesian
   

Saranya is a co-founder and executive director of Sage Capital.  With more than 15 years of direct experience in investment banking business, Saranya has completed variety of transactions including M&A, restructuring, corporate finance and capital markets. She has recently completed Baht 692 million tender offer and delisting of United Overseas Bank (Thai) Plc., US$ 50 million international private placement through global accelerated book building of Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Plc., the merger between Bank of Asia Plc. and UOB Radanasin Bank Plc. which also entailed Baht 5,200 million tender offer for Bank of Asia Plc.’s shares by United Overseas Bank Limited and the tender offer and delisting of UOB Radanasin Bank Plc., and US$ 12 million mezzanine financing of Siam Paper Plc. Moreover, Saranya has successfully advised on a number of initial public offerings for Prinsiri Plc., Asia Sermkij Leasing Plc., Siam2You Plc., and 124 Communications Plc.  She is currently overseeing a number of transactions including various initial public offering, M&A and financial restructuring cases.

Prior to setting up Sage Capital, Saranya successfully completed numerous investment banking deals during her previous employments with Finansa Group, Cathay Capital and Multi-Credit Corporation of Thailand Plc. (MCC). Her accomplishments included Baht 10,800 million financial restructuring of Jasmine International Plc., Baht 5,000 million financial restructuring of Lenso Group, Baht 4,125 million acquisition of Digital Phone by Shin Corporation Plc., the initial public offering of Sahacogen (Chonburi) Plc., and the private placement of TISCO Finance Plc. under the Tier-1 Capital Assistant Program.

Saranya obtained her M.B.A. in finance from Xavier University, USA. She received a B.B.A. degree in finance from Chulalongkorn University
